No,, they range from 99.99- 1179.99

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT A CONSULTATION?

No, every client must book a consultation before services can be rendered

WHY DO I HAVE TO BOOK A CONSULTATION?

As a professional, the only way I can provide you with the best plan is to know you, your strengths, weaknesses, lifestyle, medical history, etc. This aids me in creating a plan that will not only work for you but keep you safe. Without this, it is not safe for us to proceed.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?

On the website you will see the a la carte prices, a la carte prices are the most expensive per unit pricing. If you're interested in a program/package pricing is customized to only charge you for what you are utilizing.

IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CONTRACT?

Not for one time purchases. One time purchases are defined as non-membership services.  Membership services have a minimum commitment/contract of 3 months. Contracts are provided upon package customization. It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand the contract. It is understood you agree to all contract terms if you render payment.

HOW ARE PROGRAMS BILLED?

Programs are billed monthly. You are billed as soon as you sign the contract.

IS THERE NOTICE REQUIRED TO END A PROGRAM

Yes, 30 days. You must email info@strongpuresimple.com with your notice of termination.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, all charges are non-refundable.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS THAT I WANT ANSWERED BEFORE I PAY FOR A CONSULTATION?

WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD IF THE TOUR GUIDE CALL IS FREE?

For accountability, this is the first step to making sure you show up. We only want serious inquiries, so we can help people who are serious about their goals. A 25.00 fee will be charged to those who don't show.

I WANT TO START BUT NOT NOW, CAN I HOLD A SPOT FOR A FUTURE DATE?

Yes, book your consultation, and contact us directly via phone or email to have the consultation moved to the specified date. Prospective customers can only book their consultations within seven days, only a manager can book further out in advance.

WHAT IF YOU ARE OFFERING A PROMOTION, BUT I DON'T WANT TO START UNTIL LATER?

You have two options:

  1. Start during the promotion period

  2. Or pay in advance for your program for the promotion price

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR I'M RECOVERING?

We can work around it and assist you with recovery.

WILL YOU TRAIN MY CHILD?

Yes, but guardian has to be present for consultation and most likely training sessions depending on the child.

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

30-60 mins depending on the type of session and need

WHAT IF I GET HURT OR SICK AFTER I BEGIN A PROGRAM?

Provide a doctor's note advising of training restrictions, we will either work around them or pause your program. Your credit will be good for a year from the date you pause. Afterwards all monies are forfeited. You can also use it towards a different service or product if you choose.

WHAT ABOUT WHEN I GO ON VACATION?

Tell us in advance, we're flexible. Otherwise regular Terms and Conditions apply.
